Raheela Shahid is a researcher, lecturer, and writer in the field of applied psychology. She has served as a lecturer at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan, where she taught graduate-level psychology courses and supervised student projects. Her research focuses on adolescent mental health, attachment, resilience, and the impact of parenting and social factors on psychological well-being. Raheela has published in peer-reviewed journals, including her recent systematic review Predicting Adolescent Anxiety with Childhood Attachment Disruptions.
